At EO Tennis, we believe every player has a path to their best game — and we're here to guide them along it. We welcome players of all ages and abilities, building real, lasting skills the way tennis is actually learned: one solid step at a time.
PROGRAMS FOR EVERY LEVEL
Academy — Where it all begins. We break the game down and take it a little slower, helping beginner and intermediate players build the fundamentals of every stroke, with a focus on consistency, control, and clean contact.
Performance — For competitive players ready to level up. We develop heavier, more weighted shots and sharpen skills through live-ball rallies, turning solid fundamentals into real weapons.
Elite — For advanced and college-level players. We layer in advanced technique, tactics, and match-play coaching, helping players read the game and find the best option in every point.
HOW THE WEEK BUILDS
The same approach, tailored to every level. Every week starts with a single concept and builds on it through lots of repetition. What changes by level is the depth — same pathway, scaled to each player.
1. Start With a Concept Each week opens on one clear fundamental.
By level: Academy starts with the basics of a stroke; Performance and Elite open on a more advanced focus.
2. Repeat & Reinforce Lots of repetition makes the skill stick.
By level: Academy builds consistency and control; Performance adds heavier contact and shape; Elite locks in muscle memory.
3. Build & Layer We add a little more each session, all week.
By level: Academy layers fundamentals; Performance develops live-ball rallies; Elite layers technique, tactics, and strategy.
4. Apply in Play Players put new skills into real play.
By level: Academy keeps it fun in games; Performance sharpens toward the next level; Elite competes and learns to find the best option every point.
