Summer Training:

Academy

Academy: 9:00am - 12:00pm

Level: 1 UTR - 3.5 UTR

Age: Players without tournament experience must be 12+, players with tournament or training experience can be as young as 7.

Goal: A fun camp where players will learn more about technique, strategy, and competition. Typical camp structure: Warm up, go over the goal for the day (consistency, technique, footwork, etc.) , Drills with coaches focusing on the goals, Live ball points and games with coaches, Snack/ cool down break, Finishing with games or matches.

Performance

Performance: 9:00am - 12:00pm

Level: 3.5 UTR - 6.5 UTR

Age: This group is entirely level based for junior players Under 18.

Goal: This camp’s structure is very similar to the Academy, but will emphasize higher level technique, drills, and concepts. Players main goal for this camp is to get stronger both physically and mentally while learning how to use their strengths and improve weaknesses. This camp is fun and intense. Definitely come prepared with water, sunscreen, and ready to improve!

Elite

Elite: 10:00am - 1:15pm

Level: 6.5 UTR +

Age: This group is entirely level based for players. College Players are welcome to join!

Goal: Create an environment of excellence where players push each other to be the best they can be. Through goal setting, simplifying their game, intentional practicing, and competing with each other, players will gain a more clear picture of their game and what they need to do to reach the new level. Coaches will plan time for fitness, drilling, strategy, mental game and more! We are ready to work with you to unleash your next level!
